Refunds & Returns Policy

At Kids Tech Palace, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team for return authorization.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, water damage, or improper handling.
  • Products showing signs of use or physical damage after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Repair services that have already been completed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method or another agreed refund method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange products that are:

  • Damaged during shipping.
  • Defective due to a manufacturing fault.
  • Incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or a refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the product, subject to this policy.


Warranty

Selected products sold by Kids Tech Palace come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect charging or use of incompatible accessories

Warranty periods vary by product. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your purchase.


Hoverboard Repair & Battery Replacement

For customers using our repair services:

  • Every repaired hoverboard is tested before collection or delivery.
  • Completed repair services are non-refundable.
  • If the same repair issue reoccurs within the repair warranty period, we will inspect and repair the device in accordance with the terms of the repair warranty.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective product or our error, Kids Tech Palace will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
